If you’ve only got a short amount of time and want to keep up your Pilates, then here are a series of specially recorded videos.
Pick a session that suits your goals - from a slow pace mat work session, a foundation class guiding you through Pilates fundamentals, or a session that targets specific areas you want to do more work on.
Dynamic mat work session working the core with focus on the shoulders and arms (44 minutes).
Equipment/props: light hand weights (0.5-2kg) and a theraband.
Targets glute strength: Short mat work session (27 minutes) that uses a band to target the glutes as well as ensure overall core work.
General core work: A slow pace mat work using a band (31 mins)
A great session for anyone fancying overall conditioning with a gentle, traditional Pilates session.
