Videos - live class recordings.

There is a catalogue of over 40 live class recordings. Here are a selection from the 60 minute Classic Pilates and the 45 minute small equipment conditioning sessions*. These videos are posted for anyone who has missed a class, fancies redoing one of the sessions in their own time, or who is new to using Pilates props and would like to trial a class.

Do have a go and let me know how you get on - and remember you do these sessions at your own risk so if you are injured or are not feeling well please hold off, or check with your GP first.

*Note: I have edited the videos a little and have also tried to cut out ‘guest appearances’ from class members where possible. However, it is still possible that, if you didn’t go on mute, you could ‘pop up’ from time-to-time!
